Service Use
TravelOps provides software for organizing business travel confirmations, receipts, trip workspaces, and lightweight travel operations. Customers are responsible for authorized use of their workspace and connected systems.
Billing
Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are defined in your order form or checkout flow. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime with access through the current billing period and no partial-month refunds. Annual plans are paid upfront and may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused full months when approved. Paid workspaces must keep one valid default payment method on file; replacing a card requires adding a new valid card first.
Acceptable Use
Customers may not misuse the service, interfere with availability, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
